"Helpful staff and beautiful grounds. This hotel is our go to when we travel to the area. The rooms are clean, spacious, and even have an electric fireplace to warm up in the winter. Highly recommend. The adjoining restaurant is also nice. "

"We rented a suite and there wasn’t even a microwave in the room. The moment we checked in (hadn’t even brought bags up yet) fire alarm went off and everyone had to leave the building for 20 minutes with no clarity or information as to what was happening. Arcade doesn’t turn on games until 9am. This is a children’s hotel, you think they don’t get up until 9am? There was nothing to do until they finally turned them on and the water park opened at 10am. Multiple lifeguards were extremely rude. Food options for families are awful. We will never come back. "

"We had a very nice stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable- we like the energy saver feature in the rooms. Did not use the pool- we didnt have time as it was only open till 9. Pool was a bit small and there was no hot tub. We liked that the gym is open 24 hrs. Breakfast was good and ample. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. We will recommend and stay here again."

"The rooms were as advertised online. The staff were helpful when I requested additional items to the room. The pool area was not great, had very limited seating, and unfortunately the hot tub was not working and no information was shared other than a sign at the pool area. The manager accepted our feedback about the hot tub and resolved this with the people in my group."
