It's a low end budget hotel ok to stay for a night or two. The room was decent and clean nothing overly impressive. The hotel itself was easy to get to on Uber. I wouldn't stay again. Plenty of parking onsite. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. Easy check in and check out.

Super-helpful front-desk staff

The room was compact but well designed, includes A/C and radiator. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Location is located near shopping and restaurants within walking distance. A bus stop close by made getting to the airport easy.

It was a good bargain for the low price but don’t expect a luxury hotel. First, the bad news. Our room was very small. It felt like sleeping in a caravan. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. We received three bath towels but no hand towel, no washcloth, no bath mat. There was no desk and no table. There wasn’t enough room to unpack our suitcases. The air conditioner was blowing cool air but not really cold air. The room was dimly lit. The hotel has no lift. The neighborhood isn’t very walkable. The sidewalks are sometimes very rough or there is no sidewalk at all. Now the good news. We had a private bathroom, didn’t have to share with other people. The fixtures worked. The roof didn’t leak. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The sheets and towels were clean. It wasn’t too noisy at night. The bus stop is less than 1km away. There is a hypermarket nearby with very low prices. The hotel is very affordable. The Wi-Fi works. Our room had air conditioning, a microwave oven, and a mini fridge. There’s a laundry machine. The staff were friendly. For the low price, I say it’s worth it. The name says First Class but don’t expect a five star hotel. It’s more like two stars, or maybe three. I have seen some terrible one star hotels and this hotel is definitely better, for about the same price. Most hotels are nicer than this one but they cost more money.

We stayed here as a cheap alternative to staying in Paris. We found the rooms basic but clean and comfortable. It had toilet shower, bed, everything you need for a basic stay. The hotel is close to some shops, places to eat and drink. There is a bus stop nearby which takes you into and back from town/city centre Beauvais, which is a nice place with things to do and see, suitable for a day out, but there is also a train station with trains into Paris, and also Le Treport which is also nice for a day out. We would return. We would recommend as a budget friendly option and as a means to access Paris without the price tag.

Première Classe means “First Class”. I suppose it would truly be first class if you live in Burundi! Thank God for the air conditioning during the recent European heat wave. Running water and electricity are plentiful as well as modern plumbing. Of course, for most of us these would NOT be first class items. No elevator. No fridge. No ice. One very small room. A compact onesie bathroom (shower and toilet and sink in the same small compartment). There is an express shuttle to the airport for just under 4€, cash only! It departs from the nearby bus stop, in front of the Kyriad Hotel just two doors up the street. It’s about a 20 minute ride to BVA. It was quiet the day I arrived so I slept well. But the hotel name spoofed me.

She was very polite and friendly to help me with packing and mailing it to me. She went the extra mile by emailing me to inform me of every step. Thank you Lise, you are amazing!

The only reason that I booked, the hotel was because of the airport shuttle early the next morning! when I arrived in the early evening lady at the reception desk acted like she never heard of such a thing. I had to pay to get a private ride to the airport this morning I would like a refund on that room, also was not in a good area and the property is completely surrounded by locked gates through the night. It’s not a nice hotel-there were no amenities at all.

Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and found that there was no one available to welcome us. Fortunately, instructions had been provided for collecting the room keys, which allowed us to access our accommodation. One member of staff later came out to assist with allocating our rooms. However, the condition of the accommodation was unacceptable. The room was not suitable for children, and there were guests smoking in the hotel corridors, creating an unpleasant and uncomfortable environment. In addition, the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned properly, with visible stains on the fixtures and fittings. As a result of these issues, we were so dissatisfied that we decided to cancel the remainder of our stay and find alternative accommodation the following day. We also had a very poor night's sleep due to the overall condition and atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, this stay fell far short of our expectations. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel, particularly to families travelling with children.
