"Very pleasant day"

"Staff was great. Only one towel and no cups in the room."

"The first room we had had roaches on the wall, and a dead one in the sheets. We requested a new room, the gentleman in the front desk was very nice and understanding. We opened the second room and it hadn't even been cleaned from a previous stay. The bed was clearly slept in, and there was used towels on the ground. At this point we decided to go somewhere else. We didn't bother in asking for a refund because I no longer wanted to be there. "

"Very clean & comfortable room! Service desk employee was extremely friendly & helpful. The bed particularly was soft and comfortable with a large tv. The only issue in room 228 was that the air conditioning/heater did not work at all. It had no power but it was cool enough to where we didn’t worry about as we were too tired to deal with it."
