Our room was very clean and freshly painted. The breakfast was good--eggs, bacon, warm biscuits, yogurt, etc. Housekeeping is every 3 days, so they should supply 6 coffee packets. Dish TV didn't have a channel we wanted so we went to a sports bar to see our game. New River Gorge National Park is truly beautiful!

We had a little problem with our room and the manager took excellent care of us. The property is clean and quiet, even with a full house. The breakfast was really good and offered a broad assortment of breakfast items.

We were greeted by a friendly person at the front desk upon arrival. Check in was streamlined and we got to our clean and comfortable room quickly. We were only at the hotel one night, so we didn't use the pool or any other amenities. Our beds were so comfortable. We had a great stay.
