โThe worst ever hotel/suites in the 30 years of my life. Water shut down, card key malfunction, no kitchen wares whatsoever, vending machine malfunction, dirty floors and bathroom, unfriendly staffs....just about everything was horrible.
Had pretty good experiences with Sonesta hotels but definitely not this time. I strongly believe thst Sonesta management at the headquarters needs to close this place down right away before they lose more business credibility.

โMy family stays here whenever we come to town. Staff is friendly and helpful, The hot tub and pool areas are great and Breakfast was delicious. I love it there!โ
