Only staying a wedding, it was really good for what we needed. They sell pizza 24hrs a day which was good when coming back late from the wedding

When I booked our room I noticed that this hotel had a restaurant. When we checked in we asked to reserve a table in the restaurant. We were told that we just had to turn up and sit at any table we chose. What we were NOT told was that out of all items on the menu only a choice of four pizzas was available, no other main courses. My wife and I were appalled. We had already ordered drinks meaning that we couldn’t go elsewhere in our car. We were stuck with a choice of four pizzas. The quality of the pizzas we chose was less than satisfactory and we left most of them on the plate. When we had finished a member of staff came over and gave us coupons for an extra drink. As we were going to prepare for bed the coupons were of no use to us. We tore them in half and left them on the table. Our overall impression of the hotel was such that we never stay in a Hilton hotel again. Score out of 10? Zero.

The staff at the hotel are super and very friendly. The front desk team are so polite and helpful. Unfortunately the property is in a very poor state and in some wasy quite dirty. Not what one would expect from this type of Hotel, especially as its part of a worldwide group.

Staff were all nice and pleasent and helpfull. On a three night stay the room was cold and unwelcoming for the first two nights but after complaining and asking for an additional heater the room temp was more acceptable on the third night. Room keys had to be reprogrammed at least three times possibly four, but the staff were pleasnt on each occasion. The hotel is reasonably priced but not in the best location

The staff we're friendly, and a good location for shopping and Gordon Craig theatre which was the reason for us staying there.

We stayed for 2 night's and was extremely happy with this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. We will be returning.

Comfortable hotel very close to rail station
Everything was fine. Room very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Very convenient for rail station - less than 5 mins walk,would actually make a convenient base for visiting London, very frequent and fast trains take 25 mins or less.

Hotel was ok clean friendly staff. Telly in room only had a few channels that worked ok room cold even with heating full on. Breakfast was ok coffee bit naff milk would be better in a jug rather than packets as you gont get a lot out of them

Nice hotel
Nice hotel. Friendly check in. Car park a bit suspect and charge from 8am. TV couldn’t get a signal. Breakfast was excellent.

Extremely busy at breakfast and most options ran out very quickly. Appeared only 1 member of kitchen staff around and both reception staff clearing tables and topping up food when asked. Plate and cutlery shelving could do with a clean. Have stayed here many times without issue but appears there is a shortage of staff now. Many other people making similar comments at breakfast this morning.

Single ply toilet paper...
Staff were helpful and friendly but the hotel is bang average for the price charged. Breakfast was uninspring and the most outrageous thing was the bathroom of the room had single ply toilet paper, i know theres cozzie livs and all but for £100+ for a hotel room youd expect better..
