โThe front desk attendant was so professional, welcoming and helpful. Check-in was so smooth and he was very clear and detailed! When I asked about a certain product in the hotel store, he went out of his way to check every possibility and that made me feel awesome that he would do that!!! He actually acted like a manager! He was the very best!!!โ
โThe property was beautiful and what I would expect from an Hampton Inn and suites. The staff was funny, friendly and attentive enough. The room was nice, but there are definitely some areas where there could be some repainting specifically the bathroom door. However, the room was clean, the bed soft and comfortable. โI would love for this property to be renovated so it looks as nice as Embassy Suites Uptown Charlotte. Our check in was good! Trey was phenomenal and his customer service was top tier! Itโs always an event there like family reunions. I donโt like to hear kids running and being loud outside the rooms and breaking in front of you to crowd the elevators.โ
โGreat hotel on a larger roadtrip. We stayed here to break up a longer drive. It was perfect for our family of three. It is also a great area to stop overnight. There are a lot of restaurants and a large mall. Highly recommend!โ
โIt was a wonderful room and very clean. It had a full kitchen. The price was very reasonable.
I was shocked that there was no restroom in lobby. That's the 1st thing people need to do after a long ride but we had to wait to check in and use the restroom when we got in our room. But the room was VERY nice!โ

โA good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isnโt on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We werenโt expecting luxury. โI came to NC for a convention and booked this place because the host hotel was sold out. Check-in was quick, the service was very friendly and the accommodations were clean and comfortable with a pool - which came in handy due the extreme heat and humidity. I'd stay here again. Free breakfast was a bonus and there are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area. It's also right off the highway exit. โ
โI love staying here this was our third time, the only complaint I had this time I did find some old snacks and pieces of food on floor under the bed and couch area, it was not much but itโs something that I did not like. Not that any hotels offer this so itโs not a complaint but I wish places like here that have a pool would have life jackets to use in the pool area as I did forget my sons this time. I do recommend this place and will stay here again. โ
