For the most part I liked this hotel, I did not Love it, and probably wouldn’t come back. On the good side, the room was spacious and comfortable and I had a nice view of the marina, with an additional 20Euro per night payment. The area and view from hotel is gorgeous, although the hotel is pretty isolated, so you have to drive a ways to get to any town with restaurants.
On the down side, when I arrived at the checkin there was only 1 person to help and she was on the phone. She talked for a good 5 or 6 minutes while I waited for her. It seemed like she was talking to a friend and couldn’t be bothered to help me. I finally had to ask her to help me check in and she seemed unnerved that she had to get off the phone to check me in.
Even though the hotel had a lot of empty rooms, they put me in the worst section of the hotel with a view of the parking lot, and I had to ASK to have a better room. In my opinion, a nice hotel should put you in the best room available in your price range right away, that way you feel like they care about your stay!
The upgraded room that I got for an additional 20 euros was large and had a nice view, although it had a very chemical smell to it, which never went away.
The breakfast was wonderful and had an incredible view.
There is parking but it’s really tight and hard to manage and I ended up damaging my car because the spaces were too difficult to get in and out of.
The hotel had a stuffy atmosphere rather than feeling modern and light.
