“Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of the hotel a little. However, I was very disappointed with the handling of my lost item inquiry. When I contacted the hotel, the front desk simply instructed me to send an email. Despite providing a detailed explanation by email, I did not receive any response whatsoever.”

Like using the remote shouldn’t be hard but it wasn’t functioning the way I expected with the buttons I pushed. Annoying. Also whoever designed it seems confused and did not design anything with a logical mind. None of the rooms are the same, there’s no...

“The room was clean and quiet. We felt relax and recharged. No bad points. Efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend!”
