The room is in an extremely convenient location, very close to the subway station. It is clean and tidy inside, equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave for your convenience. What’s worth noting is that the Wi-Fi connection is excellent.

The room is very spacious, and the facilities are complete, with a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals. The bedding is white, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are enthusiastic, and their English is very fluent. Next to the apartment, there is a huge shopping center, with 24-hour stores and restaurants downstairs, making it very convenient. Nearby are China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Culture, and the location is in the city center. It is worth visiting again

The location is very convenience with food and shopping. Beijing has a lot of traffic anywhere you go. So, give yourself extra time to call your taxi. The management is very attentive. They clean my room everyday. The apartment allows me to make eggs for breakfast which is a game changer because I am diabetes and can’t eat the common breakfast they offer in the restaurants here. And able to wash my laundry is also a great advantage. I will return to this hotel if I come back in the future.

Apartment/hotel is listed as 4 star on Expedia, the actual condition of the unit was in poor, old, worn and dirty condition, far from a 4 star rating. It is a 1 star at best. Visible wall cracks that were patched up with silicone, dark build up and cracks around the kitchen counter, bathroom sink and shower stall. Mismatch and dirty looking furniture shanked in when sit down. Pictures are also misleading where many photos show a much newer unit with potentially fake reviews. After sending them a request to cancel our remaining stay and refund the remaining nights, merchant responded they do not agree with us and refused refund the remaining 2 nights of our stay. This is a serious misrepresentation of the actual unit, false advertisement by the vendor and Expedia.

Klar – ich würde es sachlich, aber deutlich formulieren. So wirkt die Kritik glaubwürdig und nicht unnötig hart: > Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sauber und für unseren Aufenthalt grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Gastgeber, der sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend war. Leider entsprach unser Zimmer jedoch nicht wirklich den Bildern der Unterkunft. Gerade das Zimmer und das Badezimmer wirkten deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und hätten aus unserer Sicht Renovierungsbedarf. Dadurch entsteht leider etwas der Eindruck, dass mit deutlich attraktiveren Bildern geworben wird, als es der tatsächliche Zustand vor Ort erwarten lässt. Die Anleitung zur Anreise bzw. zum Check-in fanden wir außerdem etwas verwirrend, da sie je nachdem, aus welcher Richtung man anreist, nicht ganz eindeutig ist. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung und der freundliche Gastgeber ist definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Schade ist vor allem, dass die Bilder aus unserer Sicht nicht den tatsächlichen Zustand unseres Zimmers widerspiegeln.

房間非常寬敞，內裏家具設備應有盡有；淋浴間和衞生間保持得非常整潔。公寓按住房日數，每日提供一支樽裝水，入住時先有兩枝，每兩日再補充兩支。公寓距離「朝陽門」地鐵站5-10分鐘步程，馬路對面的銀河SOHO提供不同食肆的選擇，本人最推薦「如是心」素食餐廳，早餐10元任食，可以食飽再出發，探索整個北京市。

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtzentrum, von dort kann man überall hinfahren. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hat uns geduldig dabei geholfen, die lokale Kultur kennenzulernen, und uns bei der Buchung von Eintrittskarten für Sehenswürdigkeiten unterstützt, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind! Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr schön, vielen Dank für alles, was das Personal getan hat, es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne und freundliche Dame, sonnig und fröhlich! Beim nächsten Mal werden wir uns wieder für diesen Ort entscheiden
