硬體設施除了床不好睡床撲的不夠細心以外其他都好.
陽台面對海景是維ㄧ賣點
管家應對冷冷的讓人感覺還沒有離開台北感受不到台東的熱情、外面的海如此 熱情室內卻冷冰冰～辜負了那海啊⋯⋯

安静舒適、寬敞、挑高的住宿空間，有特色的建材增添了住宿的品質與美感，陽台是極佳觀星、聽浪、賞日出或下午閱讀、放空、在海浪聲舆徐徐海風中打瞌睡的個人空間。
早餐頗具質感與特色且非常新鮮美味！
客房中備有方便麵、品質不錯的各式零食和沖泡飲品，房門口設置精美的雨具、樓下冰箱供應多種飲料、並設置兩台按摩椅都隨時可免費自由享用，隨處顯示民宿無微不至、賓至如歸的接待，而大廳的店貓店狗們更增添了愉悅的氣氛和療癒感。
更不可錯過的是走出民宿對街就可下到海邊，是晨昏散步戲水的最佳秘境！
若要說美中不足的就是缺乏無障礙設施，使得部分旅客完全無法享受到如此優質、友善接待、自由舒適、有質感的住宿機會。

住宿點就在海邊，可以看到日出。樓中樓環境，還有浴缸，景色很好，隨處可見民宿貼心與設計巧思。還有民宿寵物小鹿、阿呆兩隻狗與貓咪胖胖。還有按摩椅與免費飲料無線暢飲。早餐很好吃。非常推薦。

Like: Good seaview and friendly dogs. Staff can assit to arrange transportation. 1 min walk to the beach. Good breakfast, they also offer free snacks/ drinks/ cup noodles to customers.
Improvement: 1) the door handle of the room is pretty hot under the sunshine which we need to open/close the door carefully. 2) it would be great if the staff can show us around the house/room/facilities when we check-in. 3) the room is pretty stuffy when we first go in and have to wait for sometime to turn on the air conditioning.
