The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the little extras like water replenished daily, slippers, robes, and washcloths for American guests. The food for breakfast and in the restaurant was very good as well.

All the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately at breakfast there was only scrambled egg in the buffet which did not look very appetising. You had to ask someone for fried eggs and then wait for them to be brought out. Good selection of cereal, bread, yogurts etc. In the bedroom there were only about 6 hangers, nowhere at all to hang wet coats. There could easily have been a few hooks on the wall by the door. No chest of drawers and only one chair provided in a double room.
