They arranged a special birthday surprise treat at the Biltmore hotel for me. They recommended places to visits and things to do, they ensured we were settled and all our needs were met. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Andean and Karely made our stay in Belize exceptional. We are truly grateful!"

"The food at the resort restaurant (The Paddle House) was good, but overpriced in my opinion. That said, everything else about the resort was excellent - staff were first-rate, my particular room (Sandia) was incredible, the resort spaces (including the beach itself) were impeccable, the snorkelling trip the resort organized was great, and I even saw a manatee one morning out on the ocean on my own while using one of the complementary kayaks the resort had available. I would absolutely stay here again."

"I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. "
