โThe welcoming team upon arrival (especially Lusna already started my overall positive experience at this hotel. The receptionists were not only friendly but also chatty and funny (which I personally like!). They kept my luggage till my room was ready. Meanwhile I explored the grounds of this nicely landscaped property with lots of blossoming flowers, wide paths, various hotel buildings, the pool and the beach area. "I arrived about 20 minutes later than the check-in time of 2 PM, but the room was not ready, and I had to wait for over an hour. I complained and requested a late check-out, but due to a lack of communication among the staff, the issue was not resolved until the very last moment. Eventually, I received confirmation after 11 AM on the day of check-out."
