โDieses Hotel ist wirklich ein Juwel auf Mauritius. Es ist in jeglicher Hinsicht perfekt. Das Personal ist รคuรerst freundlich und sehr gut geschult. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschรถnen Strand. Man kann sogar den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Die Essensauswahl im Buffetrestaurant ist sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Zum Frรผhstรผck gibt es jeden Tag einen anderen Smoothie und frisch gepresste Sรคfte. โTop Service, tolle Einrichtung, intime Atmosphรคre, demnach kein โPalastโ mit hunderten Zimmern. Das Essen ist sehr, sehr exquisit, keine Massenware vom Buffet mit Lebensmitteln im รberfluss. Hier kommt der Nachhaltigkeitsgedanke sehr zum Vorschein.

โWe had a lovely big airy room on a high floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and the bay.
The bed in our room was lovely and comfortable.
Surface cleaning was good but the corners and windows were in dire need of a good clean.
Nice pool area with sunbeds. Nice shady areas between the trees around the edge of the bay.
Pedalos and canoes were available at no charge depending on the tide.

โThe welcoming team upon arrival (especially Lusna already started my overall positive experience at this hotel. The receptionists were not only friendly but also chatty and funny (which I personally like!). They kept my luggage till my room was ready. Meanwhile I explored the grounds of this nicely landscaped property with lots of blossoming flowers, wide paths, various hotel buildings, the pool and the beach area. โA Truly Memorable Stay โ Warm, Welcoming, and So Worth It!
My fiancรฉ and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences weโve ever had. "I arrived about 20 minutes later than the check-in time of 2 PM, but the room was not ready, and I had to wait for over an hour. I complained and requested a late check-out, but due to a lack of communication among the staff, the issue was not resolved until the very last moment. Eventually, I received confirmation after 11 AM on the day of check-out."
