โThe welcoming team upon arrival (especially Lusna already started my overall positive experience at this hotel. The receptionists were not only friendly but also chatty and funny (which I personally like!). They kept my luggage till my room was ready. โDieses Hotel ist wirklich ein Juwel auf Mauritius. Es ist in jeglicher Hinsicht perfekt. Das Personal ist รคuรerst freundlich und sehr gut geschult. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschรถnen Strand. Man kann sogar den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Die Essensauswahl im Buffetrestaurant ist sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts. Zum Frรผhstรผck gibt es jeden Tag einen anderen Smoothie und frisch gepresste Sรคfte. โA Truly Memorable Stay โ Warm, Welcoming, and So Worth It!
My fiancรฉ and I came from Canada and stayed two nights at Crystal Beach Resort Bellemare in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotel experiences weโve ever had. From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was exceptional. โWhere to start? Alain & Marie were excellent answering all questions before our arrival organising including airport transfers and hire car (essential to get round). "I arrived about 20 minutes later than the check-in time of 2 PM, but the room was not ready, and I had to wait for over an hour. I complained and requested a late check-out, but due to a lack of communication among the staff, the issue was not resolved until the very last moment. Eventually, I received confirmation after 11 AM on the day of check-out."
