The room was clean., quick check-in, staff was fine The only big disappointment was that the pool was closed, and there was no indication of that when I booked the room I’ve stayed here many times and do that because of the access to the pool. We paid extra to have a family suit in family day weekend to have a special time with our kids. The Room wasnt cleaned and ready by the time we got there, check in was 3pm, room wasnt cleaned and ready until 410pm - front desk wasnt willing to offer anything to compensate for their mistake like a late check out, since we didn't get to use the room til more then an hour after check in time. Then on top of that, the room wasnt fully prepared, we then had to visit the front desk to ask for bedding supplies to make our own beds and have proper pillow coverings. Needless to say, they do not care about their patrons, and we will not be back.
