"The location is excellent if arriving or leaving from Napoli Central Station as it is literally across the station. What is a great advantge is also a bit of a disadvantage as it is usually the case, areas around central tratin stations are not the nicest, but during the day I felt totally safe walking and within 5 minutes of walking you are in very tourist spots. The staff are wonderful and the amenities great. It is a grand hotel, particularly if you are transfering between train and airport the next day (as it was my case). "Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. We have a blast time here. Good beds, the most important of this placed is the staff, the Italians are very friendly and attentive and they bring the breakfast to the room. You like VIP 😎 thanks. "

"This was a very nice hotel smack in the middle of a pigeon’s paradise. The streets are dirty, the city is loud. Do not attempt (women) walking the city in open toed footwear. "
