"We were very comfortable on our one night stay at Building Hotel. Location was convenient for our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful; hotel was clean. Overall a good stay."

"Extremely helpful employees, very clean, and beautiful hotel."

"There were very few restaurants to walk to. The staff was awesome. The rooms and halls smelled like cigarette smoke."

"The room was spotless. Staff was fantastic. The parking on site was a luxury we later discovered during our 4 weeks in Italy. This was our first night after our flight from New York. The goal was to dine at Pepe in Grani. The hotel an easy 20 minute drive to Caiazzo. Hotel Plana did a great job and lived up to its past reviews."

"Comfortable room in a good location. Room and bathroom a little constricted but satisfactory. Room on groundfloor, which was good, but room opened onto a carpark and shutters had to remain closed. Good breakfast."

"Room was well maintained and quite spacious, We had a kitchenette which was nice. Breakfast in the morning was very good and the staff very friendly."

"Great stay, would recommend for families!"

"The hotel is a walking distance from the airport and have a nice breakfast. I stayed twice in different rooms, in both times the bathroom had a dirty shower with mold and hair or clog. Equipment is old but usable. Staff is also mostly kind"

"10/10 place for the price. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were very clean. Best place to stay in Naples"

"Lovely stay with fantastic sea views off the balcony restaurant food was amazing Clean comfortable rooms with fresh towels most days"

"The hotel is modern, clean and centrally located. We could walk to restaurants and the palace"

"Staff was very helpful with taxis, restaurant suggestions. A nice clean hotel."

"The location was ideal, train and taxi stand was 20 metres & you can walk there.. The Palazzo Reale was 100 metres walkable distance. Everthing was close, shopping, supermarket and restaurants. Our room was renovated and modern. A full continental style breakfast was included. It’s a convenient and comfortable hotel. Do not expect a Resort, or spa style. Happy with our choice."

"Great place to stay"

"Great location, noisy, good service, good breakfast"

"Very friendly staff specially the nice lady at the breakfast buffet Also, great place next to a train station, 15 minutes to the city center"

"We booked an upgraded room. Hardly believe it’s rated as a 4 stars hotel. A primitive room not even as clean as for a 4 stars hotel."

"Staff are really friendly, helpful and I recommend talking to them for trips around Naples and Capri , they provide the best rates"

"Convenient location if you have an early flight to catch out of Napoli Airport."

"Easy check-in the staff were friendly and helpful rooms were clean hotel decor is beautiful!"
