This hotel was a perfect choice as we arrived by train, it was close to the station so very convenient, and it was a short ride to the hotel. We stayed 3 nights. It was perfect for our meeting spot for the tours we booked. The room was super nice and very comfortable. The restaurant inside and out was perfect and food was very good. The breakfast was great each morning and the staff very friendly.

Swiss airlines lost out luggage so we stay here for one night since it’s really close to NAP airport. Once we mentioned about our luggage’s the front desk offered free toothbrushes and toothpaste, which we truly appreciated =) The pizza over dinner and breakfast selection were amazing! Our stay was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was a delightful experience with an impressive variety of delicious food. We enjoyed the bar in the evenings, where Salvatore, the bartender, impressed us with his quick service and excellent drinks. The only downside was that the bathroom tubs were a bit high and slippery.
