"Everything was great! Really cool room, comfy bed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay her again."

"the room was dated - the fixtures broken- sink was un- caulked, shower handle for water broken - the AC stopped working in middle of the night - and the biggest scheme was the pool- NO sun size of a bathtub - and so small only 10 sun chairs fit - DO NOT fall for this and pay this high price - everyone who came to the pull turned around and laughed - false advertising - horrible will not return"

"Very cool to be near so many things we wanted to do. Very small room but we expected that being downtown NYC. Could have used a refrigerator and some drawers or a cabinet in the bathroom. Otherwise we are happy to have stayed there. Will stay again planning ahead knowing the short-comings."

Minor issues as elevator system change underway, in-room maintenance : faucet, clogged sink and shower as well as broken toilet flush could be anticipated with more careful maintenance program! "Terrible experience at Hyatt Grand Central. The room was extremely dusty and not properly cleaned. We found hair in the shower, sink, on the floor, and even on the bed sheets. I went to the front desk to report the issue, and I was told that someone would come to clean the room, but no one ever showed up and nothing was done. It was very disappointing, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The room, and particularly the bathroom, is in desperate need of renovation. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the property were unacceptable. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again."
