Very good location & safe area

Large room, firm and comfortable bed, air conditioning control, excellent shower, friendly staff. No kettle or cups in the room, fridge full so no room for our own stuff. No cereal for breakfast, and the same options every day. No liquid soap in the bathroom, just little shampoo and conditioner.

Accommodation at the Exclusive Penthouse 2022 and we were very bothered by a noise that sounded like a water pump, throughout the night. They should take care of the sound insulation of this accommodation.

Das Zimmer war sauber, die Kissen gut und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche auch. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung, Personal freundlich. Allerdings ist das maximal ein 3-Sterne-Haus. Die Zimmer sind klein, sehr abgewohnt (nicht wie auf den Fotos) und die Wände sind dünn wie Papier, man hat das Gefühl, die Nachbarn liegen mit im selben Zimmer, man hört alles. Die Gegend ist gut, das Hotel braucht aber dringend Investitionen in Bausubstanz, Sanitär und Mobiliar. Von daher 3 von 5 Sternen. Kann man machen, wenn man in einem Hotel hauptsächlich ein sauberes Bett braucht und sonst keine Annehmlichkeiten braucht. Die Minipools sind mehr ein Scherz und auf den Fotos mit extremem Weitwinkel fotografiert. Das Gym braucht auch ein Update. Sonst Personal weitestgehend freundlich. Ganz merkwürdig ist, dass man beim Check-in (bevor man das Zimmer sieht) voll Bezahlen muss und eine Rechnung nur nach Abreise erhält. Wahrscheinlich stornieren so weniger Leute, nachdem sie die Zimmer gesehen haben …
