Service by the front desk was unprofessional. Refused to give additional towels for the room and staff just being unhelpful. Lobby is in a decrepit condition with no AC. Rooms are dated with outdated small tv.

Gostei muito do café da manhã, da atenção do pessoal do restaurante e recepção... No quarto, o ar-condicionado estava funcionando bem... O cobertor, a despeito de estar envolvido em um plástico, tinha cheiro de usado. Quanto à limpeza, estranhei não ser realizada todos os dias. O sabonete líquido nunca foi reposto, ou seja, não utilizei durante os meus quase 6 dias de estadia. A localização atendeu perfeitamente ao propósito da minha viagem.

Evitem de se hospedarem neste hotel em dias de eventos na Arena MRV. Mais de 2hrs para fazer o check in, equipe totalmente despreparada. Esperaram mais de 3hrs de tumulto para tomarem medidas que agilizassem o check in. Horrível a experiência, mulheres correndo para o banheiro do hall de entrada para maquear, atrasou a maioria das pessoas a irem para o evento. Hotel claramente não tem como premissa a o respeito ao cliente, e não liga em gerar satisfação, estão preocupados apenas em faturar. PÉSSIMO

Péssima experiência

Chegamos no hotel 14 hs, horário início check-in. Foi realizado nosso check-in 16 hs, pasmem, 2 horas depois… Ficamos em pé por 2 horas na fila que estava na parte de fora do hotel, no tempo… Havíamos feito check-in on line e de nada adiantou para agilizar nossa entrada no hotel. Inclusive não fomos embora para hospedar em outro hotel porque já havíamos pago a diária quando feito o check-in on line. Tínhamos um show no dia, perdemos horário de início do show e o tempo todo explicamos na recepção que iriamos perder nosso show… De nada adiantou. Eu e minha esposa ficamos 2 horas em pé aguardando o atendimento na recepção. Quando subimos para o quarto a cama era de solteiro (3 camas de solteiro). Não tinha cama de casal conforme tínhamos feito a reserva. Péssima experiência…
