Don't trust Hotels.com or the hotel for the free cancellation promise! I needed to delay my check-in by a day, and Hotels.com simply didn't manage to contact the hotel. I did manage (after insisting a lot!!), But they didn't accept my contact as the reservation was guaranteed by Hotels.com, according to them. In addition, the hotel kept my passport by mistake for 5 days at the reception and didn't bother to let me know. I missed an international flight for this reason.

O quarto estava perfeitamente como deveria estar, limpo,organizado, somente uma ressalva,não tinha cortina no banheiro e a ducha um pouco fraca, mas em geral tudo muito bom, equipe excepcional, muito satisfeito!

Terceira vez que me hospedo aqui, hotel com um bom custo x beneficio, cama confortável, bom chuveiro, bom café da manhã, boa localização, tem uma padaria ao lado do hotel que é sensacional... Só não dei a nota "excelente", pois o hotel não possui ducha higiência no banheiro ( faço incluse uma sugestão para que num futuro próximo estejam instalando)
