The Oldest and Poorest Hotel Ever

It is the worst, most expensive, and oldest hotel where I have stayed. The restaurant staff is cold, food variety is very poor, the towel is much older than me, the room door is from last century, the facilities are so simple for the price. It would worth only 1/5 the price they offer.

This hotel is ok. I’d say it’s a three-star at best. Our room had visible water damage on the wall near one of the windows where the plaster was actually crumbling. They never should be having guests in such a room. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The staff were polite but not overly friendly. The bathroom was ABSURDLY small. The minibar fridge was off kilter. The neighborhood has definitely seen better days and has gone downhill in recent years. The charge from bringing a pet was WAY too high. I think you can definitely do far better in Belo. I definitely would NOT stay here again.

Minha experiência neste hotel ficou abaixo das expectativas. Pelas fotos divulgadas, a impressão é de um ambiente mais moderno e bem conservado do que realmente encontrei. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, porém os móveis eram antigos e apresentavam sinais de desgaste. O banheiro da suíte foi o ponto mais negativo: muito pequeno, com aparência antiga, chuveiro parcialmente entupido e a porta do box não fechava corretamente, fazendo com que a água se espalhasse por todo o banheiro durante o banho. O café da manhã era bom, com opções satisfatórias, mas não condiz com o valor cobrado pelas diárias. Pelo padrão de preço, esperava uma experiência mais completa. Em contrapartida, o atendimento da equipe foi excelente. Todos os colaboradores foram muito educados, prestativos e atenciosos, demonstrando um alto nível de hospitalidade, o que merece reconhecimento. Como sugestão, acredito que o hotel deveria investir na modernização e manutenção de suas instalações, além de manter as fotos do anúncio mais fiéis à realidade. Isso proporcionaria uma experiência mais transparente aos hóspedes e tornaria o valor das diárias mais compatível com o que é efetivamente oferecido.

Boa experiência. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa, café da manhã variado com ótimas especialidades mineiras. A localização é ótima e os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Embora a decoração seja mais antiga, tudo é bem conservado. Como sugestão, as toalhas de banho poderiam ser renovadas, apesar de a troca ter sido prontamente atendida quando solicitada. No geral, foi uma ótima hospedagem e recomendo o hotel.
