Valor de diária elevado para apartamento precisa de reforma e o predio todo de forma geral, a reposição durante o café da manhã era insuficiente para o números de hospedes se servindo na mesma hora, toalhas finas quase rasgaram durante o uso.

O hotel está bastante decaído, lençóis e toalhas rasgadas, a cama é bem desconfortável e os travesseiros parecem um papel de tão finos. Além disso o café da manhã é bem pobre. Pelo valor não vale de jeito nenhum a experiência. Apenas a localização é muito boa.

Experiência muito ruim. Inicialmente, fiquei num quarto do 15° andar, e havia um barulho de máquina durante toda a madrugada. Pedi e fui transferido para o 14° andar, mas o barulho continuou durante todas as 4 madrugadas que estive lá. No mais, hotel velho, mas funcional. Toalhas e colchões velhos. Não voltaria e não recomendo.

A primeira impressão que tive do hotel, foi de que não seria uma boa estadia. Entretanto me surpreendi quarto extremamente confortável limpo, chuveiro superaquecido café da manhã bom! A única queixa é a falta de isolamento acústico muito barulho de manhã. Recomendo.

I had a fantastic stay at Savassi Village Hotel! The hotel is great, with excellent service from start to finish. The reception team was welcoming and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—absolutely awesome! The selection was great, everything was fresh, and the team working in the breakfast area was simply amazing. The girls there were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The only small issue was the sandwich maker, which needs to be fixed. Hopefully, the hotel takes care of it soon to make the breakfast experience even better. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

O episódio da vaga de garagem não agradou.

O hotel é antigo, com móveis antigos, mas limpo. Os funcionários super atenciosos, porém a questão da vaga da garagem foi um episódio a parte, pois a garagem tem pouquíssimas vagas, algumas delas são dupla e temos que deixar as chaves na portaria para manobras (sabe-se lá quem) e o mais estranho foi o seguinte: tive de pagar pela vaga já na entrada (R$ 40,00) e quando perguntei como seria se saísse de carro a noite pra jantar, e se quando voltasse, teria minha vaga garantida e pasmem, na recepção me disseram que não e que talvez tivesse de deixar o carro na rua; COMO ASSIM, pois paguei pela vaga!!?? Muito estranho e inaceitável, penso eu. Enfim, jantamos próximo ao hotel mesmo.

Hotel legal, pelo custo cumpre o que promete. É limpo e o atendimento é muito bom. Faço questão de mencionar que o atendimento que tive dos funcionários foi o melhor possível, mas o café da manhã deixa a desejar um pouco (já comi melhores). O hotel é simples, mas cumpre o que promete.

Os quartos são bons, mas a TV só tem canais abertos. Não possui smart tv! Esperávamos muito da piscina, mas além de muito pequena estava suja. O café da manhã não tinha opções como pão francês e queijo! Por último, vimos no site que a garagem é disponível, mas tivemos que pagar R$40,00 por fora! Que a garagem não estava inclusa! Infelizmente não foi boa a nossa experiência.

Flat simples. Café da manhã horrível. Cheguei faltando 30 minutos para encerrar o horário. Não havia pão francês, leite, bolo. Os funcionários ficaram dentro da cozinha e, quando aparecerem foi ridícula a renovação dos alimentos.

Relativamente bom custo benefício. Hotel precisa de cuidados básicos como pintura das portas e trocar a roupa de cama, meus lençóis estavam com furos. Razoavelmente bem localizado para pequenas caminhadas a pé. Supermercado próximo, porém os restaurantes próximos não são muito bons. Para os deslocamentos de carro, o hotel é bem próximo de lugares de interesse, bares e restaurantes.Bom café da manhã mas repetitivo. No geral um hotel razoável que poderia ser bom se melhor cuidado.

Pior experiência que tive nos últimos tempos. Hotel péssimo. Como um hotel três estrelas deixa faltar queijo no café da manhã? O café da manhã de um pousada de estrada no nordeste dá de 10 a 0 no café oferecido por esse hotel. Prédio antigo. Até pra carregar o meu notebook tive que pedir um adaptador. Não oferece absolutamente nada de conforto e qualidade. Fora a falta de simpatia da recepcionista.

Hospedei-me por duas noites neste hotel e, infelizmente, minha experiência foi extremamente insatisfatória, do início ao fim. Apesar da localização em Savassi e do preço atrativo, a estrutura do hotel deixa muito a desejar. O prédio é mal conservado, com sinais visíveis de mofo no teto, pintura de má qualidade e mobiliário desgastado. A garagem, pequena, escura e suja, é cobrada à parte — algo que não estava informado de forma clara nos sites de reserva. A recepção causa uma má impressão logo na chegada: ambiente escuro, teto com infiltrações e ausência de qualquer sensação de acolhimento. Espelhos manchados e sujos agravam ainda mais a percepção de abandono. O quarto, classificado como “duplo premium”, não corresponde em nada ao nome. Piso frio em todo o cômodo (inclusive igual ao do banheiro), armário com cheiro de guardado, televisão antiga sem acesso a serviços de streaming, móveis desconfortáveis e duas camas de solteiro unidas, com um abajur mal posicionado entre elas. As portas rangem e têm folgas, e o isolamento acústico é praticamente inexistente — qualquer movimento no quarto vizinho ou acima é facilmente ouvido. O café da manhã é servido em uma área aberta para a rua, sem climatização, o que compromete o conforto térmico. Além disso, o cheiro de escapamento interfere na refeição, e a variedade de itens oferecidos é limitada, semelhante à de uma padaria simples. Conclusão: Não recomendaria este hotel e certamente não retornaria.Custo X Experiência, decepcionante
