Excellent, efficient and very friendly staff at Whitcliffe resort. The Lodge was immaculate, warm and very comfortable. It was a December stay so there wasnt any facilities open but the closeness to the beach and village coop was great. Highly recommended.

Clean and well laid out. Hot water. Staff very pleasant and helpful, prices in shop, bar, food etc could be a tad cheaper to encourage on site purchase. Would stay again and tell others.

It's not often that the caravan you book looks as good as it does online, but in this case it did. The site was also clean and tidy and the staff welcoming and helpful.

Although we only stayed for three nights we were impressed by how quiet the site was despite being quite big. We didn't use the facilities it was clear thay had a lot on offer.

I liked the welcome from the staff when collecting the keys, the size of the cabin, liked the hot tub and the included WiFi, the bed was very comfortable. Didnt like there was no complementary tea coffee and milk, or even washin up liquid or a tea towel. The pots were covered in a sticky film. Unlike our previous stay at this site when all the above was included and even the dogs were given 2 pet welcome boxes. This time I also had to buy a plug in smelly because the cabin smelled strongly of cat pee.

Great place to stay. Easy access to bus services all around the island. It was very cold whilst we were here and the unit had a great heating system throughout.
Beds were comfortable and 3 of us each had a bedroom.
We got a deal that was amazing value for money. Fully recommend.

Every member of staff was lovely.
Unfortunately communication wasn’t great as tried to call before and left a message via Hotels.com and no response.
The chalets underlay wasn’t laid properly so it was lumpy in places. We had a great time, I stayed in December and decided to stay with my son in June as we usually stay with my friend. He loved it with the swimming and easy access to the beach.

Our stay at this holiday property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated everything was. The home was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.
The location was ideal — peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always available if we had any questions.
One of our favorite parts was the beach and the warm swimming pool.
We truly felt at home and are already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday!

Lovely little park. Plenty for the kids to do.
Park is set on two sites, either side of a road. Road can be tricky to cross.

Amy was fantastic
when we arrived we were given the keys to the 'superior chalet' and it was awful. It was tiny and it stank of urine. We went to the customer service and asked to be moved and Amy went above and beyond to help us find alternative accommodation - she and her manager even cleaned a caravan for us so we didn't have to sleep in the chalet at all. The new caravan was lovely and we had an enjoyable stay, thank you SO MUCH Amy :)

Good holiday
Lovely campsite we had a comfort chalet but taps were really hard to turn off in bathroom, kitchen and toilet. Have reported this.
Entertainment ok, site lovely and swimming pool very nice.
It was quiet when we were there but I imagine once it’s packed it could be a problem with facilities.
Central location fir sightseeing.

Whitecliff holiday park is Hilly so not really disabled friendly.
Staff in reception nice booking in easy.
Lovely welcome in reception.
Nice welcome pack for dogs.
Handy tea towel sponge and washing up liquid and scourer. We did not get to use swimming pool or club on site so cannot comment on them. My husband is disabled so it was difficult for him. Chalet was ok some needed updating . Perking where we were was on a hill. Think in main season might be packed
