“We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel. The receptionist, the management and all the staff were excellent and provided us with a very good service. Were very welcoming and all the staff were so helpful and and always with a smile. Couldn’t fault anything. We will definitely book our holiday at this hotel. Highly recommend it. “Very relaxing and enjoyable stay - even in the rainy season - helped by making use of the on-site facilities. All staff we interacted with were extremely polite and helpful - we couldn't have asked for better service.”

“They don't seem to have any professional front office, service or housekeeping staff. Very poor room service choice and nothing really offered in the inclusive "buffet" breakfast, makes it a poor stay. No room cleaning offered in the 2N/3D stay. Seems more geared for package holiday international tourists with no service standard expectations. Very close to the beach (10 min walk/ 2 min drive) however, though no view of the sea.”

“Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10”
