I recently stayed here and was shocked at how overpriced this hotel was. For nearly $400 a night, I expected at least a clean and comfortable room—what I got was far from it. There was mold growing on the ceiling, the beds were rock hard, and the smart TV I assumed would be standard in 2025 was nowhere to be found.
The complimentary cookies were stale, and the breakfast was disappointing at best—barely any protein options and mostly inedible. While the pool area looked nice, it smelled more like swamp water than chlorine, which was really off-putting.
What makes this worse is that I had just stayed at Great Wolf Lodge for $100 less—where I got a clean, beautiful room and Waterpark access included. Of course, I didn’t expect a Waterpark here, but I did expect at least a decent, clean room for the price. Unfortunately, this was not even close to being worth the cost. Would not stay again.
