“Nice, recently renovated or refreshed. Room had lounge area, bathroom and bedroom. Had TV, bar fridge, sink, toaster kettle, microwave. Good mattress and nice pillows. Good block out curtains. Receptionist was proactive and called us to let us know reception would be closing early due to public holiday. ”

“The central location cation near the Bendigo Art gallery and shopping centre and park is great. I love the ambience of the rooms with their heritage feel and fireplace. The adjacent courtyard with cumquat trees is ann andded bonus and the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s also great to have the adjacent Wine Bank restaurant and bar for a great meal or tapas and a drink. The room rate is extraordinary value for what is provided. I love coming here.”

“The room was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Really liked the fully featured kitchenette with cook-top, fridge and microwave oven (something you don't often see in hotel rooms). Nice hot shower. Convenient parking, almost outside our door. Only a couple of minor disappointments; 1). there were no electric blankets on the bed (we didn't want to run the split-system heating all night to keep warm). 2). we had a not very romantic view of the rainwater storage tanks directly outside our window.”

“I enjoyed my stay here. It was a close walk to the Theatre Royale which is why I was in town. I walked home after the gig, around 11pm and felt safe along the well-lit street. ”

Enjoyed dinner in their friendly restaurant and breakfast next morning. Absolutely thank all staff for their welcoming and friendly interaction with their guests. Definitely would stay again. Did I mention the lovely quiet garden accessed from your room??”
