"Our experience at the Hard Rock hotel Bali was very positive, enjoyable and relaxing. Lots of extras we didn't expect. It was very busy at the main pool and slides and almost impossible to book a cabana. However, at the gym wasn't busy and the spa, sauna and steam room were empty pretty much all the time. The staff were fantastic."

They took the money and when my husband messaged on WhatsApp, they saw the message but didn't reply.They replied after 3 days. The photo was seem like was edited in rush.We had no issues with hotel staff ,service, food and amenities. All awesome except, the photography team led us down."

Breakfast is as also fantastic. The staff in all aspects of service was outstanding in their attentiveness and politeness. The area is full of shopping and other activities as the beach is just a 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Highly recommend for a family stay."

"The place is so beautiful. It handles busy periods well, without being crowded. There is something for everyone, from serene pools to a foam pool party. The food is excellent, the staff are welcoming and the atmosphere perfect. I couldn't fault this place. You can snorkel from the beach and see turtles and see all the fish you would like to. It was just perfect for my family."
