“Lot of cocroch in the room ”

“Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Ushaka hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon Richtung Hafenkanal und Meer hat und sehr, sehr zugesagt und beeindruckt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pool wurde renoviert und wir konnten diesen außer an einem Tag nicht nutzen, hierauf gab es im Vorfeld keinem Hinweis von Hotelseite.”

“The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!”

“Don’t do it to your family. Old decrepit unit. The only good thing is location. The agent communicated well. But when we complained about numerous issues, all we got was an apology. No refunds, no real substance, just sorry. Place was flooded from the rain though the windows that don’t close. Doors falling off. Dirty couches, the list goes on…”

“Very pleased with the room and the surroundings. A suggestion would be to put candles or LED lights in the rooms, or link them to a generator, for loadshedding. With the ongoing crisis, i found the room very dark when i arrived (6.00pm). ”

“This stay was a complete nightmare. The premier room we rented has not done any maintenance for the last 5 years. The state of the room was dismal. complete rubbish. I will email photos on demand, take this property off your list”

“フロントの対応はとてもフレンドリーで安心。 ところが部屋のシャワールームに換気扇がなく廊下側の窓が開いていました。 そのためシャワールームや部屋に虫、特に蚊が合計7匹もいてとても不快でした。 小さな子供もいたため、虫を全て駆除するまで1時間以上かかりとても大変でした。 窓が開いているのでトイレの音も、部屋での会話も、廊下に漏れてしまいます。”

“Overall stay was nice. Check in for 3pm is too late, was not allowed to check in before the time, although the next day other people was in their rooms just after 1pm. Was not allowed to ait outside amd talk because then the security would tell you not to make a noise, security is very rude at night. This place is a holiday place, not an old age home. No noise was made, we were just sitting outside and talking after 10pm. The Saturday we decided to rather go eat out because there we can sit...

“The place was amazing , the beach was right in front the view was amazing, only thing that is not in booking site is that cleaning service and changing of towels is only every 4th day, very good if u book for 2 days but not for a week, i booked 29c moykonos before and spoke about the cleaning issue they didn't like my complain and cancelled my booking without bringing in my knowledge late at night and i was suppose to travel the very next morning i book this resort and unfortunately same company...

“Everything about the hotel its a lie,easpecial the pictures that they post on social media,they only post nice part which is limited and the bad part are more and not posted ,the place looks like brothel,they mustn't call it a hotel its misleading, it was so bad i didn't even sleep there ,luck i was early i immediately find another place to sleep over ”

“The hotel was nice needed a little refurbishment. The staff made up for it been attentive and helpful. Was worth the money, security was good around the building. One young man lindo in particular very helpful. View of the harbour from my bedroom was amazing I was on the 18th flood of 23. Pool is on rooftop alongside the spa facilities very safe. ”
