The property was in need of a refurbishment. The carpet in the room was old and had quite a few stains on it. The shower screen in the bathroom had black mould on it. The furniture was old but the bed was clean and ok.

Great hotel and lovely friendly staff. Nice room, good breakfast, excellent dinner. Close to train station, less than 10 minute walk. 20 minutes walk to funicular up to old town. Lots of good restaurants nearby. For a 3 star it was good.

Lovely, well located hotel. Close to all amenities eg rail and bus station, shops, Citta Alta, bars and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendy. Good choice of food in restaurant. Beds very comfortable. It was a shame i only stayed a week. I would have liked to stayed longer. I would definately return again.

The hotel was perfect good location friendly staff and helpful The single room was spacious had toiletries available only wish I had a view as the room was with skylight but was there to see Bergamo and surrounding areas not to stay in the room :)
