A l'arrivée une surprise de taille : au lieu d'avoir à payer 128,25 Euros comme annoncé par le site, on nous rajoute un frais de nettoyage de 65 Euros soit 193,25 Euros ce qui fait 50% de plus ! ! !

Struttura Top a Ponte S.Pietro

Struttura nuova e molto funzionale a Ponte S.Pietro con rapporto/qualita' prezzo molto alto. Gli appartamenti sono nuovi di zecca e ben arredati con tutto il necessario per essere indipendenti. Il supermercato MD e' proprio di fronte l'Hotel. Il personale e' davvero cordiale e pronto ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessita'. Ringrazio il direttore che ha tenuto in saldo per il prossimo soggiorno le due notti non usufruite, avendo anticipato la partenza.

La camera in cui ho pernottato è una bella camera ,la struttura anche niente da dire , avrei preferito una camera più vicina e non troppo in fondo ,lontana, la mia ho visto era una delle più piccole anche se piccola non era ,avrei preferito una più centrale e più grande , ma tutto sommato bella stanza ; tutto ok ... la cosa che non mi piaceva che non c èra la tv a letto , ma era nel cucinino, la camera pulita discretamente ...solo l attrezzatura cucina non era il max della pulizia , ma per il resto camera e bagno si. Per quando riguarda il servizio non sono molto soddisfatto perché la colazione dovrebbe essere inclusa e non un extra ...anche per quando riguarda la condizione della Camera oltre a pagare le notti si è costretti a pagare un ammonta per le pulizie alla fine del soggiorno...e poi c è un cartello che dice di rifare la camera ...bah...il personale ho trovato solo una ragazza simpatica e disponibile e gentile ..il resto alla reception poco professionali nn mi piace come si sono posti ,punto...Ho fatto questa recensione perché la chiedono a tutti. Cmq tutto sommato voto 6,5- 7 .

A gem with great staff!

Fantastic find and great value for money. We only dealt with Gregorio at reception, who was helpful, friendly & not only made us feel welcome but also at ease. His tips for where to eat were spot on and we had a wonderful meal at a real local restaurant. The apartment we had exceeded our expectations and was very clean and we were sure some of the items were brand new and unused! We would love to come back next time we were in Italy!

in occasione di un mio soggiorno in Italia, sono italiano ma residente all'estero, ho scelto tramite internet di soggiornare una settimana presso questa struttura, vicina a Bergamo e comodissima da raggiungere. Grande sorpresa: alloggio a dir poco stupefacente, ampio e con tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno, il tutto unito alla squisita gentilezza di tutto il personale mi danno la certezza che al mio prossimo ritorno in Italia non avrò dubbi, ritornerò alle mura venete,
