Dear guest, We offer slippers at the reception, so if you had contacted us, we would have gladly given you this. Unfortunately, we do not have complimentary water standing in rooms, as the fountain in norway is clean, and free. We try to refill our breakfast buffet continuously, and we are sorry that it was not filled up well enough this time. Unfortunately, Bergen Municipality has decided that there will be no parking spaces in the streets around our hotel. therefore, we have entered into an agreement with Bygarasjen where our guests receive a 15% discount. In this parking garage, the car is dry and safe during the entire stay. I hope this provided little clarification. Wishing you a nice New Year's celebration and a happy New Year!
