"La habitación no estaba mal de tamaño, las camas eran cómodas, pero una era de 150 y la otra de 135 un poco justa. El baño pequeño pero limpio y suficiente. La cocina olía regular por no tener ventilación, como a humedad y le faltaban tazas, pero era cómodo tenerla. Frigo en la habitación es un punto a favor. Difícil aparcar pero próximo al centro y con autobús directo."

"There are no windows in the room, no air. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone. If something is cooking something in the kitchen the American coming to the room. The area is quite bad, not a good choice to stay in Bilbao."

"I was so impressed by how comfortable the bed was. The location is excellent (taking a taxi means you might need to walk a couple blocks getting dropped off or picked up). I was a bit worried about being right in the heart of Plaza Nueva since I’m a light sleeper, but the noise died down by 11pm and the variety of food on offer outside the front door made it so worthwhile! Staff were very helpful in storing my luggage and directing me on where to go to pick up a taxi. I’d stay here again."

"The location of the rooms are at the top of a long, steep stairway that takes you down, down to the Old Town and tourist areas. The rooms are good, but If you want to see the city you have to look forward to going up and down those steps."
