Stayed in the superior double room for a few nights. Had such a lovely time. The location is absolutely perfect for walking around. Do note though, this area is a pedestrian only area so you will have to walk about two blocks from the main road. Was no issue for me, since I pack light. But if your hauling a ton of luggage, be prepared. I will definitely be visiting again!

Excellent small hotel in the middle of Bilbao Casco Viejo. We were very pleased with the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we ever return to Bilbao we will stay in the same location.

Location can not be any better. The place is safe and clean. Only thing is you hear a lot of sound from other people walking in the hallway, I was lucky that my room neighbors weren’t loud people but if you are sensitive to sound than you might wanna reconsider

Great location, although a little difficult to locate first time as it is on the third floor of an office block ! Rooms adequate with no frills not even a kettle ! But great spot for getting around Bilboa. Located in the Old Town. Close to Metro and Tram stops.
