“Visited 8/1-8/5 and enjoyed the property and all-inclusive option. The waitstaff was exemplary! The food was very good and drinks were always available. The beach at the resort was well maintained and because it's a bay the water was calm and great for swimming. Our room in building 6 was perfect. Close to the beach and pool with a great view of the bay. The fitness center needs a little TLC. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Loved the pool. The restaurant choices were limited (pizza or a rather dull but expensive on site place.) We really appreciated the bagel cart because it’s kind of a hike to breakfast places in Hamilton. Sunday was a problem. The pool staff was excellent. The grounds are beautiful. As I said, walking to downtown shops and restaurants are not as close as it looks on a map, but doable for most. The room was nice, good AC. I would stay there again.”

“I have never had such a disappointing travel experience where I had to spend over $5000 for 5 days. I understand that Bermuda is an expensive place to stay but to be treated by the staff as though I was a burden was simply unacceptable.
