“Fantastic place and Location”

“Beautiful location (beach and resort layout) and facilities. Our room was on the beach and quite nice, with the exception of a well worn out mattress. Some of the staff come across as unhappy and not thrilled to deal with you. We ran into this often enough to think that management must be doing something wrong. “Overall the staff was fantastic and accommodating. We brought our infant and every staff member was warm and inviting throughout our week at the hotel. The rooms was very clean and serviced well, views of the ocean were great and the staff was helpful with any and all requests we had.”

“I was surprised by a few item. 1- Facilities- bathroom had no fan and was hot. 2 Roaches in bedroom. 3 Amenties- No ice machine. Only a few ice trays in freezer. 4 Amenities- For a 4 day 3 night stay for two people, we received only a 1 oz bottle of bathwash. Coming back to the hotel at night at 1045 pm, we asked the person in the front office for more soap- He said "I don't do that ". 5.
