“Great ocean-front location. Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff in all areas of hotel operations. TV system in room was not usable despite several attempts to manipulate controllers. WiFi / Internet service was spotty at best.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay! A quiet waterfront room, attentive staff and private beach made the week quite memorable!”

“Having just completed my third trip to The Reefs I can honestly say that they have mastered the art of having a perfect resort in Bermuda. Staff were above and beyond nice and helpful. The food menus were refreshed and fantastic. And as always the beach was Five Star the best ever. Unfortunately the costs of travel to Bermuda have skyrocketed so what used to be an annual trip now becomes every other year trip. This was trip # 25. Kudos to the Team at The Reefs ..... you are all Five Star...

“There is nothing not to like. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived. Service is extremely thoughtful, attentive and embracing. Food and restaurant service was outstanding. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.”

“Outstanding views”

“A great place to get away from the northeast, the flight was quick, the airport was seamless and the resort was beautiful. The pools and beach could not have been any more beautiful. The room was extremely nice. The food was also good across the hotel.”

“So much to like. Beach, swimming pool and 3 hot tubs Dinners offered several choices. Loved everything. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. If it remains as is, I surely will return”
