"we stayed there for one night just to get out of home and into a fun night out where we enjoyed the pool multiple times it was really open late and was a beautiful pool an amazing temperature which is nice to see because most of them are cold but this one was nice and warm and they had a hot tub which was really big and nice It also had amazing staff all throughout the hotel from maintenance staff to cleaning staff to anyone we encountered at front desk were absolutely out of their way with hospitality and made us feel very welcome this is a very unusual experience in today's age where mostly everywhere you go the customer service is absolutely horrendous coming from the service industry myself for many years I was glad to see that their training is really well executed and made our stay extra special thank you very much we will be back"

"The hotel check in - excellent. Rooms, clean and bright. Big complaint for anyone who is older and has difficulty with heights the bed is way too high. Absolutely not acceptable for families travelling with older adults or children. First night there were not stools available, second night yes but once again not the safest way to get up on a bed. The breakfast was excellent, lots of selection. All the staff had great customer service."
