โLoved the Factory hotel, we stayed in a charming artist-designed room with the most comfortable sheets and pillows. Part of the Dutchess Inn but in a separate building next door, we loved the rooftop deck and the beautiful sunset over the Hudson. Wonderful service and right on Main Street for easy strolling through Town.โ

โOverall we were very happy with the hotel. There was a slight issue with checking in that had to do with the third party company we booked the room through, but the front desk handled it perfectly. It was clean and the staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also quite delicious. โ
โVery welcoming experience. Chris was very friendly and made checking in super easy. He was also very knowledgeable of the area and I appreciated his willingness to inform and assist. The room was great. It was clean and spacious. I stayed on the top floor and it was very quiet. One minor gripe was that the bathroom sink was a but backed up. Otherwise, an overall great experience.
I would stay at this hotel again.โ
โJuly 12, 2025 stayed in the Pear Room. The location was convenient for the places I was intending to visit. David, the host, was super welcoming and made himself available to answer any questions in person and via text. He made a great breakfast to boot. The accommodations were fantastic...private, modern, very clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay (mini frig, TV, Keurig, travel toiletries, wifi). I would without a doubt stay here again.โ
