Check-in was efficient and because we arrived earlier than check-in time the luggage was kept safe and staff transported it to our room while we investigated the area. We stayed 6 nights in the luxury garden room which was good sized with 2 balconies, one overlooking treed area with birds etc. All amenities were as advertised. Housekeeping was good with the added touch of towel art displayed on the bed. Would avoid rooms in the Zajeo as the noise from the kitchen/bar area (eg. generators, moving of gas bottles, breakfast preparation) either kept us awake or woke us up so an undisturbed sleep was difficult. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Nice pool area, though could do with more padded mats for the beach beds. General location was good, 10 minutes walk to the beach, bars/restaurants in one direction and shops/bars/restaurants/bank in the other. Nicely maintained public areas and grounds.

USA Family of 4, Nice but could be better

Family trip to India from USA. 2 rooms, 2 people per room. Husband/Wife, 2 sons. Pool was nice, breakfast did NOT have enough Options for Western Travelors, we like BLACK Coffee, BEEF, Bigger Omelettes, more Pinaple and Watermelon. The rooms did not have chairs, we needed a Desk with a Chair to do business. No Lift for the upstairs rooms, no Ventilation in the upper room hallways. Nice balconies! the front Desk should help travelers get Taxi's and speak enough English to make tourism suggestions. Overall nice place.

Everything was wonderful. The only issue I had was there not being an elevator, but honestly everything else was so good that it just seemed like such a petty thing to be annoyed about so I just dealt with it.
