“Booked specifically because the advert said free on-site parking. It did not meaning an uphill walk from the car causing problems for my husband who because of lung cancer has breathing and mobility problems. The cottage itself was excellent ”

We had such a comfortable stay - one of the best nights sleep in such a comfortable bed and room Great quiet location, handy to have parking too. Check in quick and easy. Great touches like fresh milk being available and pre-choosing options for a lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Shower was lovely and powerful. Such a great stay, an example of how b&bs should be. Absolutely would stay again and will recommend.”

“Hotel in brilliant position we had everything we needed. Atrium for breakfast with views of the whole of Llanberis was stunning. Breakfast very fresh and varied. Our only complaint would be evening meal did not come up to expectations. Advertised as served with salad. A flat bread with minute bits of salad. A disappointment.. Quite pricey. The hotel and staff were great. ”

“The hotel is fairly basic, the rooms look a bit dated, there was a crack in my bath surround and some staining on the ceiling, but I believe the rooms are due for refurbishment shortly, so this is likely to improve. The parking is just over the road, and is free for as long as you're staying (you can come and go without registering again apparently). The hotel as a whole was clean and tidy. The food was good but a bit pricey in my opinion, but it is a touristy area, so base your expectations on...
