“Hotel is in a good location, ample parking. It's a stately building fairly well maintained, though the elevator access on floor 1 is hindered by the carpeting that restricts the door from opening. Yes you have to manually open the door to access the 50 + year old elevator and make sure it doesnt swallow any body part when the door closes, very cool. “We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. ”

“Wonderful location inside the old medieval wall! Steps from the Carnarvon Castle! Nice bar(s) and seating areas inside and out. On the other hand why would they put a senior on the third floor with no elevator?!! Shower drain was clogged but maintenance did fix that after I brought it to their attention.
