"The reviews for this hotel were really good, so I decided to book a night. The check in process was relatively easy. I had to use the bathroom when i we arrived, so that's the first thing I did when I got up to our room. When I walked in the bathroom I immediately saw a big black insect up in the corner near the ceiling. I was able to determine it was dead pretty quickly, because I saw no movement. Ok, I did my thing and walked out to my suite. My husband was watching tv on the bed. I sat down next to him and immediately saw a bunch of longer black hairs on the coverlet of the bed. It looked pretty disgusting. The only good thing about this hotel was the older lady at the front desk. She was very helpful when we had problems with the toilet flushing. "

"No area for personal laundry. Clean room. Helpful staff. Breakfast was okay, but the same everyday, and concerned about freshness of sausage and potatoes. Looked like they had been rewarmed repeatedly. "

"The jetted tub had no pressure in jets and we had to ask to have hot water. The tub side had large crack in it. No seating in lobby as under construction where do elderly sit while checking in. "

"The beds were very uncomfortable. Too hard. The bathroom was small. The room did not compare to the pictures. The staff was friendly and approachable. They listened well to complain with other guests that were partying into the night. "

"Professional customer service, very helpful when asked to store luggage after checkout, room was safe and quiet. Easy parking and excellent stay overall. Would highly advise if you’re in the area for graduation."
