"Great reception "

"The price was outrageous for this property. The parking was $36.00 per day even though we parked it ourselves . There was no assistance at all on Friday with the valet helping get our items in. I charged more than what was quoted. The Refrigerator did not keep our food cold and the ice machine was gone. Prior to calling I called about a late check in and was put on hold three times and hung up on. This was a horrible experience and I will never use the property again . It was a disappointment."

"I received above and beyond help from Alecia at the front desk in very stressful for the staff circumstances! She took care of me when I was not hopeful and I really appreciated it!"

"Beautiful hotel, some staff were great but bartender ignored me for a bit when I tried to get a drink. And then when he did take my drink order he took other orders and then had to run around and find their bottle of wine, etc while I waited some more for a simple drink. And yes I was there before them."

"Did not partake in outdoor pool and had breakfast elsewhere"

"Shower was dirty. Bring blankets. Pillows are uncomfy. So far pool has been closed 9/2025-5/2026. Take that off your plans. Difficulties navigating between wings and parkong garage. "

"Nice up to date and clean hotel. Staff was nice and parking was well lit and close to main entrance. Had a very large outdoor pool with seating around it. Complimentary breakfast had multiple choices with staff constantly refilling with fresh food. "

"Everything was good they picked us up from the airport and dropped us back off at the airport breakfast was good"
