โSecond visit to this hotel and really enjoyed the comfortable bed, lovely spa and good bar food. It is a little remote so not ideal if you need to be right on top of things but the nearby town of Bicester covers that.โ
โProperty was great. Welcoming staff, great food. Only slight issue was that Expedia hadnโt communicated with the property about the breakfast inclusion. Not a problem for us, the staff were really helpful, but not great from Expedia.โ
โCar park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....
โWe were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!โ
โthe staff, food and cleanliness are what makes this property worth the stay.
The food was excellent quality, the rooms were super clean, its easy to get into oxford from there and the above all else the staff went above and beyond.
