โCar park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....
โThe hotel is set on a beautiful setting in a stunning village of kirtlington. The hotel itself is idyllic to look at from the outside with beautiful stone work. The hotel has a good outdoor seating area and a fantastic restaurant with tasty Indian food. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and make you feel welcome. They are so passionate about their business it really makes your stay that extra special. The rooms are clear tidy and very cosy. โ
โThe hotel, staff, location and food could not be faulted. We were visiting friends who had moved to the village and they recommended us to stay at The Heyford. We are DEFINITELY coming back. Our stay was too short. Thank you to all the staff who were all fantastic. See you all again soon. Mike n Debโ
โLovely room across the road from pub ,amazing bathroom one tiny complaint it was difficult to get to an electric plug only one possible to use was behind a piece of furniture which had to be pulled away from wall โ
โStaff on signing in where very friendly and informative and the overall experience was first class, we will definitely be using this hotel again โ
โEasy to find, quiet property with good parking. Had an excellent curry for dinner. Helpful staff. Spacious room and ensuite. Some traffic noise in morning.โ
โStayed here for one night and found the hotel to be excellent value. Rooms are basic but very clean. Check in was very quick and staff are friendly. Location is superbโ
