"You won't know if it's the hotel because the signage is a little confusing, at least for me. The room was clean and receptionist was nice. You have to ask for towels in the front desk since they don't put it in the room for your arrival. AC works well tho the remote gave us a hard time. Additional 250 pesos for extra person is a reasonable price since it already comes with extra bed and beddings. Luckily our room has a Prime Video subscription so me & my friends enjoyed watching while waiting...

"I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and glowing descriptions on their website – what a mistake. The reality was a completely different story. The pictures showed clean,very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place. "Its not in Naga but in Pili Camarines Sur. Information provided to Expedia was false. It is 5.5 km from town proper. Called the hotel to send us location but the reception said she doesn’t have celphone load. Location is very hard to find and isolated with no restaurants or store.
