“I thought I booked a hotel room, but when I checked in it was outside the hotel, more like a motel room. That is not what I wanted. It had an outside door and again that’s not what I wanted or booked, l booked a hotel room. I didn’t sleep as I was nervous all night with being in a room that opened up to outside. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast and staff were great.”

“Rooms and facilities were very clean and well kept, the staff was friendly and helpful, definitely a no frills continental breakfast, how ever it was very fresh and satisfied your needs. Parking lots were easy to find and getting around was easy to navigate, but be ready for a fair bit of walking”

“Perfect cozy stay! The space was large enough for two, private, and the location was perfect! Near enough to be accessible to everything, but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic. Space was perfectly decorated! We loved that there was no TV! Staff was also very helpful!”

“Solid stay at Candlewood Suites in St. John's. The staff were friendly, and the hotel is in a very safe part of the city. Our room was updated and fully stocked with everything you'd need. Nice view of Signal Hill in the distance, and the two separate thermostats were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. No complaints — would recommend.”
