"Downtown, very convenient, clean, new, good desk, nice building, free coffee in lobby. Very quiet and I was able to sleep. Helpful staff."

"No internet very sucky. Cockroach in my fridge. Homeless as my bodyguards. Breakfast overcooked burnt. Beds were dirty. Sink was clogged. Smelled like cigarettes and mold. Homeless on crack outside the room. Ice machine did not work. Overpriced snacks in vending machine lower it and maybe I’ll even think about buying. Overall very bad don’t recommend at all holiday inn is right next to this place go there instead. "

"Checked in and had to leave for dinner, got back late ....room smelled like cigarettes. Got up in the morning shower n bathroom dink had curly black pubes in and on them. Even on the soap dispenser in the shower like somebody intentionally put them there."

"Excellent room with VIP bottle of wine. Great location for activities in downtown Mobile. Staff were excellent and the steakhouse onsite served an amazing dinner, the butter was exceptional"
